The Story behind the 
Planner & Photographer 
and how it all started

Isabelle Mizzi and Barry Whitmore, have been in the tourism and photography business for over 26 years. Between them, they have a lot of experience.  

Barry Michael Whitmore

Barry, an ex serviceman has been a Sports Tour operator in Great Britian.  
He started by organising Running Tours to European and Worldwide destinations.
Now married to Isabelle and living in Malta for the past 19 years,  started assisting her with Maltese weddings a few years ago.  
An Organiser himself and a stickler for detail, Barry gives advice and guidance on the travelling side to foreign couples and their guests.  

Upon arrival Barry is in constant touch with the entourage, making sure that their Stag, Hen night and the Wedding day, go to perfection.  

Barry is very popular on the Islands of Malta and Gozo as he organises one of the largest international sporting events on the Island, The Malta Challenge Marathon.  

He works hand in hand with the Minister of Tourism, the Malta Tourism Authority, Sports and has certainly put Malta on the Map with his event.  Now striving to put Malta and Gozo on the map as one of the best destinations to celebrate a wedding 


Isabelle Whitmore Mizzi

Isabelle an ex model decided to go behind the camera at the age of 21 years.  Now with over 27 years experience in this field, excels and shows her flair in taking mainly wedding photographs, glamour and family shots.  
Isabelle lived in Italy and obtained experience in taking wedding photography in Rome, Florence and Taormina.  Her experience also stretches to taking wedding shots in the United Kingdom, Barbados, Mauritius, Dubai and Malta.  Never short of ideas, Brides and Grooms are always at ease to pose for Isabelle.  
Seven years ago Isabelle together with her husband Barry decided to organise weddings as wedding planners.  

As a team they are very dynamic.  Isabelle with her artistic flair and numerous contacts and Barry with his organisation and planing experience.  Together they advise what is best for the couple for the big day from the very first time the couple are in contact with Weddings in Malta.  

Her plans for the future apaprt from organising is to have  a Wedding Chapel for couples to have their ceremony and celebration in the Maltese surroundings.
